Keeping it simple, this lovely Baked Brie with Sage and Apple Toastini is a perfect bite sized appetizer, for any fun party occasion. I love fresh herbs, and honestly any time you can use fresh herbs over dried, the taste and texture will be much more flavorful and bold! This quick appetizer only takes about 15 minutes to make which is a win-win as your running out the door for a party or get together. This appetizer has a nice blend of salty/ savory sweet, between the blend of the fig jam, brie, apple, sage and fresh figs. Honestly, its a dish to die for!
*Pairs nicely with a Pinot-Noir wine.
