Need an easy green side dish full of tasty bliss, and crispy cheesy edges?
This past Christmas, I was very excited when I was gifted an air fryer from my significant other. Just newly introduced to using this fun cooking accessory, I absolutely LOVE it! Definitely a one-stop-shop! It takes so little time to pour all the ingredients into one baking dish and with just a few clicks of a button, voila* you have an air-fried-meal.
This delicious dish is quick, easy, green, healthy, and takes only 15 minutes to make. Simply throw it all in a dish and press start. "Its SO EASY!"
*Pairs nicely with a white wine, like a mineral-based chardonnay.

Crispy Green Crunch- confusing for our taste buds with positive health benefits
Broccoli Gratin
Ingredients:
>Olive Oil Spray (or you can use EVOO on a paper towel and spread it evening on baking pan)- *To add some extra flavor, substitute a small amount of garlic flavored olive oil from #saratogaoliveoilsco.
>1 Teaspoon of all purpose gluten free flour
>3/4 cup of coconut milk (or you can use fat free milk)
>1/2 teaspoon of ground sage
>1/4 teaspoon of basil
>1/4 or less of ground ginger
>1/4 teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper
>2 cups of diced broccoli florets
>2 tablespoons of gluten free bread crumbs
>3 tablespoons of shredded #kerrygoldreservecheddar cheese
>1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
General directions:
1) Preheat air fryer to 330 degrees. (*Or if you are using an oven- 375 degrees)
2) In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, flour, coconut milk, sage, salt and pepper/ ginger. Add in cheddar and mix together
3) Add broccoli to mixture and mix together in the bowel. (Use Spray oil/ or flavored oil to the base of the baking dish and evenly cover the bottom and sides of the dish.)
4) Add mixture to the baking dish and top with Parmesan, ginger, basil, and a dash of pepper on top
5) Place the dish into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-11 minutes. (*for an oven base- I would cook closer to 15-16 minutes) Serve right away. #Voila Enjoy this lovely crispy lean-green side dish Brought to you by #cookingwkara
