Boursin and Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
> 24 white mushrooms
>2 tablespoons of olive oil
>1/4 teaspoon of salt
>1/8 teaspoon of pepper
> 1 package of #Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese
>1 ounce #boarshead Prosciutto sliced chopped thin
>2 teaspoons of minced fresh chives
General directions:
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and remove mushroom stems from the top and pat dry. Mix the mushrooms with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lay down on foil wrapped baking sheet
2) Bake mushrooms for 25 minutes until they shrink
3) Remove mushrooms and let them cool
4) Flip over so the top portion can be filled with bousin
5) Add Boursin scope in each one and top with Prosciutto and chives
6) When ready to serve, add to oven at 450 degrees and cook for 10-12 minutes
