'Tis the Holiday season, to indulge and be Jolly. One of my favorite cookies to make each year are these tasty bites that are packed full of peanut butter delight. Not only are these great stocking suffers but they are simple to make. When it's the holiday season, you only have a certain amount of time between shopping and parties, so make the most of it and try these flavorful bites.
Inspired to Indulge, especially when it comes to peanut butter and chocolate*
Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
Ingredients:
>2 cups of peanut butter
>2 cups of white sugar
>2 eggs
>+/- 36 unwrapped hershey milk chocolate kisses
General directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs together until mixed thoroughly
3) Roll the dough into 1 inch balls
4) Place them evenly on a baking sheet and heat for 10 minutes.
5) While the cookies are heating, unwrap #hersheysmilkchocolate cookies
6) Take the cookies out of the oven and carefully push kisses down in the center of each cookie (do not push them all the way through) and then cook for another 3-4 minutes
