Ingredients:
> 1 large head of cauliflower
>1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
>2 tablespoons of olive oil
>Coarse Salt
>Red Pepper flakes
>1 cup of plain yogurt
>1/4 cup of feta
>1 -2 tablespoon of lemon
General directions:
1) Cut up Cauliflower into small pieces and put on baking sheet.
2) Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin seeds, and light coating of the red-pepper flakes
3) Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through
4) Puree Cauliflower, add yogurt, feta and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth
5) Add dash of salt and olive oil on top #voila #roastedcaulifloweryogurtdip is ready to enjoy! Serve with crudités or crackers.
