Sausage Bites

These delicious Sausage Bites are what I made for a fun Superbowl 2020 party. Unfortunately the patriots didn't make the cut this year, but this small punch of flavor will make up for it. What makes this fun cocktail snack so great for any party is how easy it is to make. If you don't have time to make this dish the day of, no sweat, you can prep the recipe a few days in advance and throw it in the freezer. This southern inspired dish is a biscuit base, that doesn't have added fat that you typically find in other recipes that are deep fried or has added creams. With that in mind, don't feel TOO guilty throwing back a few more of this savory bites. You won't regret it!

*Pairs nicely with a light beer or tonic beverage.
