Stuffin' Muffins

Stuffin' Muffins are a fun and fabulous recipe for Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving. Its a great way to chat and eat on the go, and they are just so cute, why wouldn't you enjoy eating them?!

Carb loaded, fun Thanksgiving/ Friendsgiving appetizer for all.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, because it brings family and friends together. This appetizer is a fun dish because its quick to eat while you are socializing at any party. Not to mention its mini pack of delicious flavor.



Ingredients:

>2 celery sticks

>1 onion

>1/4 cup of butter

>2 teaspoons of salt

>3 teaspoon of pepper

>1 teaspoon of herbs de provence

>1 teaspoon of minced garlic

>1/2 teaspoon of chives

>4-5 cups of chicken broth


General directions:


1) Melt butter in pan on low-medium heat.

2) Chop onion, celery and chives fine and add to the pan. Add minced garlic as well

3) Heat 2-3 minutes until lightly browned/soft, add salt/ pepper into the mix.

4) Add 2 cups of chicken broth and simmer until boiling (3-4 minutes)

5) Take the pan off the burner and add the bag of Pepperidge farm Country style stuffing and mix throughout. Add an additional 2-3 cups of chicken broth and mix thoroughly. Add Herbs de Provence to mixture as well

6) Let the mixture set to cool for 5-8 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly oil cupcake pan to prep for stuffing muffin balls

7) Roll stuffing mixture into evenly size balls and add to the muffin pan

8) Cook Stuffin' Muffins at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then let cool.

9) Add a small dash of salt/ pepper on top #voila #stuffinmuffins are ready to eat! #kookingwkara
