Thanksgiving is right around the corner and with that are a lot of fun parties. Rather than cooking a full turkey, meatballs are perfect grab and go meal for friend or family get togethers.

Crowd Pleaser for all Ages *
Perfectly tasty meatballs for a Friendsgiving or quick Dinner option .
Ingredients:
> 1 loaf of ciabatta bread (cut into cubes and left out for a day before- to stale the bread)
>6 cloves of garlic
>2 tablespoons of chopped fresh sage
>4 teaspoons of salt and pepper
>2/3 cup of smoked gouda cheese shredded
>2 eggs
> 1 shallot chopped fine
> 1/2 teaspoon of bells seasoning
>1 teaspoon of ground ginger
>2 pound of ground turkey
>1 teaspoon of olive oil
General directions:
1) Chopped the ciabatta bread into cubes. (prep the night before, because you will want to leave it out to become stale, this will be part of your base)
2) The next day, Add to a food processor and chop until ground fine.
3) Chop fresh garlic and mince
4) Chop fresh sage and shallot, add to the mixing bowl with garlic, bread and add ground turkey
5) Shred Smoked Gouda cheese and add into the mix
6) Add 2 cracked eggs into the mix
7) Add all seasoning - Salt and pepper, ginger, bells seasoning, and a teaspoon of olive oil
8) Mix all ingredients together and roll into evenly sized balls
9) Lightly coat the pan with olive oil and place on a non-stick pan. Heat the oven at 450 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes
